Graco Duoglider Double Stroller Review

Smile = Top Selling

At the time of writing this stroller in the LX version (There are different versions) is priced at $144.49 from making it one of the really good priced tandem strollers.

The Duoglider double stroller is relatively easy to push and maneuver in shopping malls and on other flat surfaces and with a handle height at 40” most people can do it, tall or not so tall. With a width of only 20" it also passes nicely through most shop and elevator doors on its 9 inch back wheels and 8 inch front wheels with suspension. It’s possible to lock the front wheels. The total weigh is 29.5 pounds.

It holds 2 children up to 40 lbs. each sitting in Gracos own Infant Car Seats or in the built in seats that are with comfortable seat cushions and they are machine washable. The child sitting in the rear seat is slightly raised for a better view (Graco call it “Stadium seating”). The rear seat reclines flat, for baby’s comfort, but only has 2 positions.  The front seat reclines slightly for comfort.

Both seats are equipped with convertible 3 or 5-point harnesses that grow with the children. Children will enjoy the snack trays and cup holders for each seat and both seats also have a footrest to make it a comfortable riding adventure.

The canopies are generous; blocking most of the sun and the rear seat has a peek a boo window so you can keep an eye on the child.

When it is time to fold/unfold the stroller there is a simple one hand single latch for closing and easy release on the handlebar. The stroller will stand up when folded in most situations and it seems to fit in small trunks easily without any disassembly.

The storage basket is quite large but as usually with tandem strollers it is hard to access sometimes and especially when the rear seat is fully reclined.

Graco Duoglider Double Stroller  - Positive reviews

1. The price seems very reasonable for a tandem stroller in this class.

2. Includes parent tray with cup holders.

3. Accommodates two infant car seats.

Graco Duoglider Double Stroller  - Negative reviews

1. The front canopy is removable and sometimes pops out when you don't want it to as a result of folding the stroller up.

2. This Graco Duoglider is not suited for off-road strolling.

3. The instructions to put it together are a little hard to figure out.
